Mather Jamie ranked top in CoStar Awards

We are delighted to announce that Mather Jamie has been recognised as a 2022 CoStar Awards winner.

The CoStar Awards honour the very best agents in commercial real estate. Having analysed Mather Jamie’s commercial property transactions across 2021, these independent assessors have determined that Mather Jamie is the highest-ranked agency in Leicester for disposals and the 5th highest ranked single branch agency in the East Midlands for both acquisitions and disposals.
Commenting, Head of Commercial Alex Reid who recently won the top leasing deal category for the East Midlands for the fourth quarter of 2021 said, “I am really proud of the team and this achievement. We have worked incredibly hard over the last year to meet the needs of clients wanting to acquire, sell or lease commercial property. Demand is very high because more and more companies are rethinking their office space requirements in order to attract their people back to the workplace and to accommodate hybrid working.”
