The 1.7 acre site, which is located on Dawsons Road in the attractive, sought after village, has been sold to Chevin Homes, and has outline planning consent for up to 16 new homes, plus a children’s play area.

An S106 agreement, providing funding for the local community, has already been completed with North West Leicestershire District Council in respect of the site, and looks set to bring funding towards local library, education, and other facilities, including towards the purchase and restoration of a local pub and asset of community value, The Storey Arms.
