Mather Jamie sponsors Leicester Riders Charity Golf Day

British basketball giants, Leicester Riders, recently held their annual charity golf day which was sponsored by Mather Jamie.

The 2024 event took place on Friday 24th May, at Birstall Golf Club and saw 72 players from businesses across Leicestershire and the Midlands take part.

In total over £6,000  was raised on the day which will go towards the Leicester Riders Foundation, a charitable trust, providing over 20,000 participants a year with a basketball experience.

Gary Kirk from Mather Jamie, said, “As keen basketball fans, we are delighted to lend our support to the Leicester Riders. The Riders foundation does some great work within the local community to increase participation in basketball across Leicester and Leicestershire”.
