Mather Jamie Expands Rural Estates Team with New Appointment

Mather Jamie is delighted to welcome Carys Jarvis to the team as our new Property Management & Administrative Assistant within the Rural Estates department.
Carys joins Mather Jamie with more than eight years of experience managing Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), bringing with her a wealth of property management expertise, strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
In her new role, Carys will support the Rural Estates team in managing a diverse portfolio of estates. Her responsibilities will include assisting with landlord and tenant matters, estate administration, compliance, liaising with contractors, coordinating lettings and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estates.

Outside of work, Carys enjoys oil painting and making the most of the outdoors with her two energetic dogs. She also has a strong interest in supporting charitable initiatives, having previously completed a 24-hour hockey-athon to raise money for charity—a memorable challenge that tested both her endurance and teamwork while raising funds for a worthwhile cause.
