Development Land experts Mather Jamie to attend LAMMA 2020
19/12/2019
Several senior members of the practice – including director Rob Cole, associate director Gary Kirk and rural practice surveyors Hannah Hatton and Hamish Byers – will be on hand to discuss the benefits of selling land for residential or business development. The team will use a range of case studies and leaflets to illustrate the potential advantages of putting land on the market for this purpose.
Throughout the two-day, free entry exhibition, Mather Jamie will be using LandInsight: an online, interactive land analysis platform which gives landowners instant and easy-to-digest feedback on the development credentials of their sites.
Now entering its 38th year, LAMMA ’20 will bring together in excess of 700 exhibitors and an estimated 40,000 visitors, across 11 halls showcasing a range of innovative products, vehicles and engineering tools.
Gary Kirk, associate director at Mather Jamie, said: “There has never been a better time to consider selling land for development, and this is an area in which we specialise. We hope to advise many landowners next month who are looking at branching out into this area and who have an appetite for exploring new possibilities.
“If you are interested in learning more about how your land could work for you, we would encourage you to come along next month and meet our team.”
