Project Background

Mather Jamie, acting on behalf of two private landowners, were instructed to seek developer and promoter interest in a strategic development opportunity in Melbourne, which sits within South Derbyshire District Council's jurisdication. The 11 acre site offers strategic residential development potential owing to its edge of village location. 

Project Outcome

After undertaking an extensive tender and interview process, Davidsons Homes were the chosen development partner under an Option Agreement, which exchanged in July 2020. Davidson Homes were selected based on the commercial terms offered and their excellent track record delivering high-quality, new family homes within Melbourne village.
