Project Background 

Mather Jamie, acting on behalf of a private landowner, were instructed to seek developer and promoter interest in a strategic development opportunity in Market Bosworth, which sits within Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council's jurisdiction. The site comprises of 10 acres of open countryside, which due to its edge of village location, offers strategic residential development potential. 

Project Outcome 

After undertaking an extensive tender and interview process, Ainscough Strategic Land were the chosen development partner under a Planning Promotion Agreement, which exchanged contracts in July 2020. The estimated yield for the site is 100 units.
