Land at Coppice Farm, Ripley, Derbyshire

Project Background 

Mather Jamie, working alongside Hallam Land and CEG, were instructed to seek developer interest in a 46 acre greenfield development site that benefitted from outline planning permission for 400 units. The site is located to the south of Ripley, which sits within Amber Valley District Council's jurisdiction. The site was offered to the market for sale by way of informal tender. 

Project Outcome 

After undertaking an extensive tender process, including shortlisted developer interviews, Bellway Homes purchased the site on a unconditional basis. Exchange of contracts took place in February 2020, with completion taking place in May 2020. Bellway Homes are now onsite delivering much needed new family homes.
