Project Background

An opportunity to acquire the freehold of approximately 9.35 hectares (23.11 ac) of residential development land off Coggeshall Road, Kelvedon with outline planning consent for up to 250 dwellings (17/000418/OUT).  The land is situated in an edge of village location, within walking distance of shops and schools and adjacent to Kelvedon Station with direct services to London Liverpool Street.

Project Outcome

The land was promoted by Parker Strategic Land Ltd with outline planning consent granted in October 2017 and was sold as a whole by informal tender on Friday 15th December 2017 to CALA Homes.
