Land at Nicker Hill, Keyworth, Nottinghamshire

Project Background 

Mather Jamie were instructed to seek developer interest in a major residential development opportunity comprising of a parcel of land benefitting from outline planning permission 151 units in Keyworth, which sits within Rushcliffe Borough Council's jurisdiction. The site comprised of approximately 28 acres of unserviced land and was offered for sale by way of informal tender. 

Project Outcome 

After undertaking an extensive tender process, which included initial offers, developer interviews and best & final offers, Redrow Homes were selected as preferred purchaser. Redrow Homes successfully acquired the site on an unconditional basis, with simultaneous exchange and completion taking place January 2020. The site has a 20% affordable housing requirement and a projected sales value of £340 per square foot, reflecting the popular market location.
