Project Background

Mather Jamie were instructed to seek developer interest in a opportunity to acquire a 5.91 acre unserviced parcel of land with outline planning permission for 50 units in Great Bowden, which sits within the Harborough Borough Council's jurisdiction. The site was offered for sale by way of informal tender.

Project Outcome

After undertaking an extensive tender process, Mulberry Homes purchased the site on a unconditional basis with simultaneous exchange and completion taking place in August 2018. The site, due to its popular market location has projected sales value of £300 per square foot.
