The site comprised of approximately 6 acres of unserviced land and was offered for sale by way of informal tender.
After undertaking an extensive tender process, Gusto Homes purchased the site on an unconditional basis with simultaneous exchange and completion taking place May 2019. To make the development viable, it was required that Green Lane, which provided access to the site, was to be widened and improved.
