Project Background

Mather Jamie, in their role as managing agents, provide advice on all aspects of running a complicated rural estate. Our key objectives are to manage the traditional estate in a sympathetic way, whilst maximising revenue income.

Project Outcome

This has led Mather Jamie to offer a pragmatic and in some instances, pioneering approach to estate manegemnt, included land development, property renovations, wedding venue management and the general day to day management of a diverse estate portfolio.

In recent years Mather Jamie has been involved with the development of a high end poultry enterprise with a leading producer, the conversion of a range of outbuildings in to a “rustic” wedding venue and the development of a natural burial ground.

Mather Jamie are experts in managing the complicated functions of a busy, thriving estate and have particular experience in the diversification of traditional rural estates to increase revenue and protect them for future generations.
