Mather Jamie acting on behalf of Tungsten Properties and Barwood Capital were instructed, alongside joint agents MWRE, to promote and market four individual units that total 201,350 square feet of prime industrial and logistics space at Tungsten Park, Bardon, which is due to be completed in Q1 2021. The development is located close to the well-established Bardon Hill Industrial Estate, a key industrial and logistics location for the East Midlands as well as nationally due to its close proximity to junction 22 of the M1 motorway.
Mather Jamie, working closely with the joint agents and developers, are in the process of finding suitable occupiers for the property with the ambition to pre-let some of the units before the project is completed. Mather Jamie using their specialist knowledge of the Leicestershire industrial and logistics markets have been able to create a marketing campaign directed at suitable occupiers as well as utilising their national agency contacts.
