James leads our commercial valuations and professional services department, advising clients on a wide range of matters including commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, Expert Witness instructions, investment acquisitions and disposals, and strategic property consultancy.
He also plays a key role in supporting commercial development projects, providing guidance on viability, site optimisation and market positioning, while assisting clients with asset management strategies designed to maximise value and income.
