Gary joined Mather Jamie as an Associate Director in 2019 and was promoted to Director in 2021. Gary has a breadth of knowledge in land development matters and commercial property, including minerals and waste, but specialises in acquisitions and disposals, strategic land promotion and brownfield land regeneration.
Originally from a house building background, Gary was previously a Director at a publicly listed company focusing on major brownfield land regeneration and strategic land promotion. Gary specialises in advising on strategic development land for landowners and developers, from promotion through the planning and development process to acquisitions and disposals.
Married with one child, Gary enjoys country pursuits and is a keen road cyclist.
