Associate Rural Surveyor
Flo Gilman
Flo holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University and is both a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).
In her role at Mather Jamie, Flo will is involved in traditional estate management and valuation, working closely with clients across a range of rural assets including residential properties, farms, and agricultural land. Her work focuses on helping clients achieve their long-term objectives for their estates while maintaining and enhancing asset value.
Outside of work, Flo is a keen runner and has completed two marathons – the Amsterdam Marathon and the Yorkshire Marathon – as well as The Big Half in London, raising funds for Ride High, a charity that helps vulnerable children build confidence and life skills through horses. She also enjoys baking and recently donated a cake to The Charles Kinston Trust.
