Job Role
We seek an efficient, methodical, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our Accounts team to handle the day-to-day management of our Commercial and Agricultural Client accounts. The position will provide an interesting and varied workload to include producing client statements and issuing their rental monies, maintaining service charge accounts, processing payments and receipts, cheques and online banking, producing monthly bank reconciliations and month end reports, processing tenancy update forms, providing debtor reports, answering queries and assisting with tasks requested by both the Accounts Manager and Property Manager.



  • Ideally experienced in accounts work and from a Property Management background.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are considered essential plus the ability to learn the use of our MRI/Qube property management accounting software.
  • Capable of working as part of a team or on their own initiative.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clients, tenants and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with high levels of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Hours & Salary
Office based position.

Full time, 37 hours per week (Between the hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays)

Salary – Starting from £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Discretionary bonus scheme.

Annual leave – 24 days in addition to all UK bank holidays.
