We have taken the view that we would like to keep as POA on both an un-refurbished and refurbished basis. This is for a couple of reasons. We think it will help avoid confusing interested parties - when reading the details there are a number
of options for people to get their heads around (with the unit splits etc.). I think it will be easier for you to talk parties through the various scenarios and pricing. It also means they have to engage with you and CPP for the sales patter!
