Land deal means 125 new Miller homes coming soon to Sapcote

The 10.47 acre parcel of agricultural land, off Hinckley Road, already has planning approval from Blaby District Council for up to 125 new homes to be built there, and work is expected to begin on the new community in April 2019.

The site will be comprised of 1 to 4 bedroom homes which are currently scheduled to be available for sale from September 2019.

As well as being within walking distance of Sapcote’s handy facilities, including a school, shops, pubs, a post office, a library and a recreation ground which support local sports clubs, the new development site is just four miles from Hinckley, 12 miles from Leicester city centre and less than two miles from the M69, making it an ideal location for new housing.
