FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL TENANTS

Tenant's Application Fee
£300
(inc. VAT) - for up to two tenants
Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing for up to two tenants, includes identity confirmation, financial credit checks, current or previous employer/ landlord/ personal references and any other relevant information to assess suitability and affordability, as well as arranging the tenancy and preparing the tenancy documents. 

Additional Tenant Fee (if required)
£100 (inc. VAT) per additional tenant
Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing, as above, for each additional tenant.

Inventory & Check-in Fee
£78 (inc. VAT) per dwelling-house

Preparing an Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property and taking meter readings for utilities and services.

Guarantor Fee (if required)

£150 (inc. VAT) per guarantor

Credit referencing and preparation of a Deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement.

FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL LANDLORDS

WE OFFER FULL MANAGEMENT ONLY

Fee - 10% of rent per property

INCLUDES

  • Lettings board & website advertising
  • Viewings
  • Ensure applicants meet required criteria
  • Produce assured shorthold tenancy agreement
  • Register deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Undertake inspection visits
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
