A rural office conversion scheme which combines rustic charm and character with the latest in 21st Century contemporary office fit-out requirements, is being developed in Normanton on Soar on the Paget Estate owned by Joanna Herbert-Stepney.
Currently under construction, Cedars Office Park is scheduled for completion in March 2012 and will be available to let via agents Mather Jamie.
The accommodation in Butt Lane comprises six separate units offering between 350 sq ft and 1,050 sq ft of space. Rents range from £6,000 to £15,000 per year.
Mather Jamie commercial director Alex Reid said: “This high quality conversion in an attractive yet easily accessible rural setting is ideally suited to a range of occupiers including professional services firms, IT and creative businesses.
“The buildings are being sympathetically converted to retain their original character while at the same satisfying the exacting fit-out needs of modern 21st Century office space.
“Each unit is extremely environmentally friendly and incorporates sophisticated features such as ground source cooling and heat recovery, Photovoltaic panels and Woodchip Biomass under floor heating, with the woodchip supplied from the estate’s managed woodlands.
“There is also plenty of on-site parking for staff and visitors.
“Given the attractiveness and convenience of the location and the quality of the build and fit-out, we expect interest in Cedars to be particularly high.”
Situated north east of Loughborough, Cedars Office Park is just 10 minutes’ drive from both Loughborough town centre and Nottingham. Well connected via the A606 to the A6 Loughborough to Derby link road and the A60 Loughborough to Nottingham link, it is approximately seven miles from junction 24 of the M1.
